We met in 1995, at that time Jeff was a computer network engineer and Diane a manager at Bennigans.

In 1997 we both attended Cooke Real Estate School in Tampa FL, and passed the Florida Real Estate Exam.

Both of us having an extensive customer service background we decided to try something new. Since that time we have enjoyed working with and helping clients whom many we now consider dear friends. We build relationships with our clients that are based on honesty, trust and integrity. We can proudly say that our business is built on referrals and past clients.

We personally design, print and publish all of our own marketing materials, specifically designed for each individual client. All of our listings are featured with multiple photos on numerous websites including this site, Century21.com, Realtor.com, Century21shaw.com, TBO.com, Move.com, AOL - real estate search and many more.
