PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RATES

FULL MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY
Services Provided:
· Full Advertising Package
· Screening calls and showing property
· Processing tenant(s)
· Attorney-drawn lease provided and signed
· Full-color video of property prior to move-in
· Full management services
Initial Fee: Amount equal to half (½) of one full month’s rent due upon move-in
Monthly Fee: Ten percent (10%) of gross monthly receipts
Each subsequent New Tenant(s): Amount equal to half (½) of one full month’s rent
